SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) - R 60k pm - Northern Suburbs, CPT A market leading manufacturing group has a career-making opportunity available for a supply chain wizard that can transform their forecasting pain points. Other functions include improving and maintaining all supply chain logistics activities and procedures and reporting to the COO.

Maintain accurate records, prepare and analyze reports for all supply chain activities.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and other stakeholders.
Lead and oversee all aspects of the supply chain including sourcing, procurement, planning, warehousing.
Lead, coach and manage the team providing guidance, training and mentorship.
Responsible for the team's performance management process as per company procedures and policy.
Stay up to date on industry relevant regulations in supply chain management.
Develop and implement sustainable practices across all aspects of the business.
Stay up to date with sustainability regulations and best practices.
Advise the COO accurately on all supply chain matters.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
8+ years experience in Supply Chain with 3-5 years hands on managerial level experience Proven forecasting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processess and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office packages and supply chain management software (eg ERP systems).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
