To be part of the journey, follow the steps below:To see what life at Capitec is all about and complete a short assessment, please click here!Once you have completed the above finalize your application by clicking apply belowResponsibilities:To implement the Performance and Development practices within Capitec BankTo mitigate risk through ensuring confidentiality, updating policies and procedures and reporting to the regulator.To build capability within the business through the following channels:Continuous Improvement on the content for onboarding and leadership academyUpskilling line managers through just in time micro learning interventionsUpskilling People Engagement Centre process and systemUpskilling HR Strategic People Partners on process and systemExperienceMINIMUM:3 – 5 years in talent management (inclusive of performance management as a key focus) or in a performance management roleExperience in delivering people solutions for large organisations, with a strong focus on enablement, change, systems, and dataExperience in working alongside internal and external stakeholders to execute complex projects and initiatives from start to endProven experience in relationship building / stakeholder management with business stakeholdersIDEAL:5+ years in a talent management role, in a Financial Services / Retail environment.Experience in Human Resources practices across the employee value chain (Performance development, Talent management, etc.)Advanced people and data analytics (PowerBI would be beneficial)Previous SAP experienceQualifications (Minimum)Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Project ManagementQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)Honours Degree in Psychology or Project ManagementKnowledgeMINIMUM:Performance Management processes and best practicesData analytics, trend analysesAll legislation and regulatory requirements pertaining to people management practices in a banking environment Relevant Legislation (B-BBBEE, EEA)IDEAL:Project ManagementData and analytical insightsSAPTransformation and regulatory complianceSkillsCommunications SkillsInterpersonal & Relationship management SkillsPlanning, organising and coordination skillsConditions of EmploymentClear criminal and credit recordCapitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.Capitec Bank is an authorised financial services provider (FSP 46669) and registered credit provider (NCRCP13).
