Key Performance Areas - Support region in terms of learning needs- Implement learning intervention- Assess learners- Manage learning processes- Design learning material- TCFFormal Education- Relevant Tertiary qualification e.g., B. Com Human Resources- Occupational Directed Education Training and Development Practitioner Qualification (ETDP) or equivalent Technical/Legal Certification- Assessor scope with INSETA will be an advantage this means the job incumbent must have industry experience and a relevant qualification e.g., Wealth Management NQF 5- Certified Financial Planner as an added advantage.- Valid drivers licenseExperience- At least 2 years experience in training and development- At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry- At least 1 years experience in facilitation
