Key Responsibilities: Spares Availability: Ensure the timely availability of maintenance and capacity upgrade spares to meet operational demands on all our cell phone tower upgrades and maintenance. Inventory Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, preventing shortages and minimizing waste. Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the procurement, transportation, and inventory management of spares, working closely with supply chain teams to streamline processes. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of spares. Asset Reconciliation: Accurately track and reconcile spares and assets within the region, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity. Process Optimization: Continuously refine inventory control measures, ensuring best practices in receiving, documentation, storage, and distribution of materials. Reporting & Analysis: Utilize your strong analytical skills to interpret data, provide utilization analysis, and monitor vendor performance. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements. What Youll Bring: Inventory Expertise: Deep understanding of stock control, forecasting, and order fulfillment processes. Supply Chain Savvy: Proficient in supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, and logistics. Technical Know-How: Expertise in spare parts management, including an understanding of equipment specifications and compatibility. Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Ability to analyze spares usage and stock levels, with strong negotiation skills for vendor management. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to asset reconciliation and inventory audits. Qualifications & Experience: A degree or diploma in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related). 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with substantial expertise in inventory or stock control within a technical or industrial sector. Solid knowledge of maintenance and capacity upgrade spares, with hands-on experience in managing technical equipment spare parts. Key Performance Indicators: Effective vendor boot stock management and accountability. Cost-effective spares planning and management. Comprehensive utilization analysis to support operational efficiency.
