Spanish-Speaking Property Management part time 4hours - after 3pm We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Property Admin to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Spanish-speaking tenants and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant interactions, regulatory filings, and coordinating repairs.
Responsibilities: Communicate with Spanish-speaking tenants to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, rent collections, and enforcement of lease terms.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs by liaising with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Handle regulatory filings, including rental registrations, occupancy permits, and compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, including financial reports, tenant records, and property maintenance logs.
Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance and occupancy rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting property management.
Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
Proven experience in property management or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and team members.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
