Requirements

Relevant Spa qualification (Essential)
At least 3 years therapist experience in a 4/5-star hotel (Essential)
Excellent grasp of the English language & communication skills (Essential)
Well groomed

Description

Deliver excellent treatments - Massages, Manicures, Pedicures, Facials.
Perform administrative duties pertaining to bookings.
Handle reservations duties and interact with the front desk.
Sell services and products to guests.
Strive to meet and exceed targets.
Adhere to Spa rules and protocols.
Be confident in selling treatments and products.
