We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to join the experienced and dynamic team at an exclusive spa nestled under Lions Head in Camps Bay.
What you will bring: As our Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless spa and salon wellness experience for our guests.
Your key responsibilities will include: First Point of Contact: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the spa.
Manage Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest interaction is positive, offering tips on the best products and services to meet their needs.
Handle Transactions: Register new guests, process payments for services, and issue invoices while maintaining accurate records of business transactions.
Support Spa Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of the spa by coordinating appointments and managing schedules effectively.
Maintain Professionalism: Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Minimum requirements: Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Host or Receptionist in a Spa or Wellness Centre is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with ESP systems; knowledge of Opera Cloud is extremely advantageous.
Skills: Excellent Client Service Skills: Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive Mindset: A self-motivated approach with a goal-oriented attitude.
Team Player: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to support spa operations.
