Requirements:

Proven experience as a sous chef or relevant culinary role.
Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a South African citizen.
Own reliable transport is essential.
