Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef with at least two years of equivalent experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Head Chef to create and deliver exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to luxury and provenance. Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
Oversee and support the preparation of food.
Produce high-quality plates both in design and taste.
Ensure that kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff.
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Quality of Food:
Consistently produce high-quality dishes that meet our luxury standards.
Efficiency in Service:
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Menu Development:
Assist in creating innovative and appealing menu items that align with our focus on provenance.
Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation.
Cost Control:
Manage food costs effectively without compromising on quality.
Training & Development:
Provide ongoing training and support to kitchen staff.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Proven culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Culinary diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
