What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a culinary role, with a strong background in plant-based cooking and a passion for honest, beautiful produce.
Guest Interaction:
Comfortable welcoming guests into the kitchen and sharing the cooking experience, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Team Player:
A calm presence under pressure with excellent communication skills to liaise between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Team to communicate available produce and oversee harvesting.
Innovate and adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest dietary preferences.
Ensure the delivery of excellent food and service while maintaining organization in a bustling kitchen.
Actively participate in a collaborative cooking experience with visiting chefs from around the world.
