Job Purpose Senior member of production, working closely with and reporting to Head Chef. Ensuring that the core function of preparing Cold and Hot meal for all flights is done according to airline and recipe specification and within box time and food...Qualification and experience required: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Catering sector or equivalent Computer literacy Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior chef Minimum 3 years management experience Airline catering environment, an advantage. Knowledge and Competencies: Good communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license. Computer literacy. Good understanding of industrial relations. Basic business management skills.
