CHEF
to join their Team.
Requirements
Must have at least 3 - 5 years' experience in a 5* luxury lodge environment.
Culinary Training from a reputable Culinary School.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the Kitchen.
High standards of food quality and good wine knowledge.
Passion for South African flavours yet understands international food preferences.
Creative Menu planning and versatile cooking skills.
Strong administrative and communicational skills.
Excellent track record with contactable references.
Food portfolio to accompany application.
To Start – ASAP
Salary – R17k – R20k, Depending on experience, Live in
