Eduvos is looking to employ a Software Lecturer at our Tygervalley campus on a contractual basis.
Type of appointment: Independent Contract opportunity
Purpose:

To lecture Information Technology-related modules, in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications required:

Honours in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant lecturing experience
Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
Relevant research experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Modules to be lectured:

Python Programming
C#
Java Programming
Object Oriented Systems Analysis and Design
Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

Lecturing
General administration
Setting and marking of assessments
Preparation of notes and additional study materials

Management of at-risk students
