Soft Services Manager - Manchester
Up to £36,500 per Annum (DOE)
Monday to Friday role!
We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Heineken UK in Manchester. Service lines include:
Cleaning
Security
Reception
Mailroom
Water
Grounds maintenance
Pest control
Catering
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Oversee all site services
Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements.
Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members.
Manage budget and deliver value for money.
Compile monthly finance reports.
Follow company guidance on sustainability and best practice.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Experience in people management, leading a team to deliver results.
Previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM inc. security and cleaning essential.
SIA licence desirable.
Catering experience desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership with the ability to deliver results.
Be able to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
IT literate.
