Position title: Shift Plant CleanerPosition reports to: Contract ManagerGrade:                   B3Business Unit:        CBRE ExcellerateLocation:                GautengCBRE Data Centre OverviewCBRE manages the maintenance of Data Centres and is committed to the provision of an efficient andeffective critical engineering maintenance service. The primary function is to ensure 100% uptime ofengineering services to ensure there is zero impact to the client's business operations.Role Overview:Responsible to routine cleaning of plant rooms.Adhoc request within duties and follow routine cleaning programme.Responsible for routine and adhoc non-intrusive Whitespace spot cleaning.Key objectives of the role:Required to respond to Adhoc Handyman task within scope.Escort visitors / suppliers are required and as per site requirementsResponsible to report any concerns to impact service delivery or that increase their scope and ability tomaintain best practiceThe successful candidate will have the following background:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.Previous experience working in a similar building environment/business.Prefer experience relevant experience within the Data CentreRole requirements:The Data Centre sites operate on a 24/7 basis; as such incumbents may be required to respond operationalrequirements in line with functional responsibilities. Furthermore, due to the nature of the position andoperational requirements of the company incumbents will be required to working according to a Shift Roster,details of which will be communicated by the Management Team.
