Service Technician (Thermal)

Job Description:Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring quick and effective solutionsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar thermal systems, HVAC systems, and related equipmentPerform maintenance tasks to maximize system performance and lifespanFocus on quality workmanship and deliver outstanding customer serviceCollaborate with the Maintenance Department to uphold high standards in system reliability and efficiencySkills & Experience: Minimum of 2 4 years experience in a maintenance environmentFamiliar with hydraulic layouts, plumbing and electrical systems using hot water generation would be an absolute advantageValid drivers licenseStrong technical knowledge of solar thermal systems, HVAC technologies, and related equipmentTechnical certification in solar thermal systems or HVAC systems is an advantageGreat interpersonal and client relationship skillsAbility to diagnose complex issues and solve problems quicklyAbility to work independently and in a team Qualification:National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
