Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Marseille, France, the company operates in over 160 countries through 755 agencies Responsibilities:Monitor the vessel sailing to start export processEnsure that all invoicing is complete as per KPI – 48hrs from vessel sailingEnsure that all GBS/customer queries are actioned within 24 hoursEnsure NIF is cleared weekly and followed up daily for all outstandingsAssist the Finance Department with all AR and AP queriesEnsure ECC is kept within the KPI of 5 days this means follow up with relevant teams dailyEnsure that all export manifests are submittedAssist Import invoice team with invoicing as per clients requirementsEnsure Nova cases are responded to within 4 hrsAny other reasonably required request in line with the operational requirements of the businessMinimum Educational And Experience RequirementsMust have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 equivalent qualification.Must have clear criminal record.Relevant shipping coursesDiploma/Degree with shipping maritime focus will be an added advantageKnowledge of shipping procedures and processesPrior experience in a similar roleProficient on Microsoft Office & NavisPersonal AttributesAbility to work under pressureAttention to detailGood communication skillsHow To ApplyPlease submit a Word or PDF version of your CV, scanned PDFs will not be accepted.
