The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service calls, maintaining stock control, and providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications and Skills:Grade 12Experience with inventory management and billing systems is advantageous.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLog service calls and generate Customer Repair Orders for PBX systems and copiers.Manage stock orders and handle Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) for incoming stock.Create sales orders and process client invoices.Prepare quotations for cash on delivery (COD) clients.
