Service Controller

Minimum requirements: MatricAt least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the office automation industry Previous experience with PBX systems and copier servicesExperience in stock control and inventory managementValid drivers license and own reliable transportationMain responsibilities:Log service calls and create customer repair orders for PBX systems and copiersOrder and GRV incoming stockCreate sales orders and invoice clientsPrepare quotations for COD clientsProcess part requests from techniciansHandle dealer calls and invoice dealer servicesManage stock controlOversee PBX billing by posting readings on FinconCollect meter readings from clients and manage copier billing using FinconCalculate travel charges weekly and invoice clientsProvide top-notch customer serviceConsultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
