Senior Ticketing Consultant

Minimum requirements: A minimum of 5 years related retail travel experience as a consultant in a Travel Agency and 2 years ticketing experienceAll aspects of processing, checking and issuing of all travel documentation: E-Tickets, EMDsFares knowledgeGood knowledge of Quicktrav required for: Issuing of car hire / hotel vouchers; Credit card swipes & receipting; DI lines in PNRs for automatic invoicingGood knowledge of various commission / service fee collecting schemes such as Travel Buy TASFIssuing of Zurich / TIC Insurance PoliciesEnsuring ITC Debtors Lists are controlled and never outstanding: cross-pollination with finance department imperative and therefore teamwork essentialAll related administrative functions in order to facilitate the back office support given to ITCsAll other related Admin functionsAssisting junior staffConsultant: Lisa Dietrich - Dante Personnel Cape Town
