In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for major construction projects while also providing comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tendering and bidding for construction projects, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.Responsibilities:Reviewing project requirements and specifications to develop accurate cost estimatesAnalyzing project scope, materials, and labor requirements to determine the most cost-effective approachCoordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissionDeveloping detailed bid proposals that clearly outline project costs, timelines, and deliverablesPresenting bids to prospective clients and responding to any questions or requests for additional informationCollaborating with project management and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from bid submission to project executionManaging the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsPreparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondenceHandling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries, and directing to the appropriate partiesProviding general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office managementRequirements:3 - 5 years relevant experience with a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering worksHandling of full Tender processProgramming (MS Projects)Tender Software (CCS etc.)ReportingNegotiating skillsBenefits:Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Salary: negotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience
