Senior SAP HCM Support Consultant (Supporting Netherlands)Durban, South AfricaJob Openings: Senior SAP HCM Support Consultant (Supporting Netherlands)About the JobA Senior SAP HCM Consultant is required to support clients in the Netherlands with Payroll, Negative Time management, Master Data, and Org Management modules. This will be a fully remote role.ResponsibilitiesRespond to client support tickets raised, investigate and determine solutions, document the solutions and changes made according to client agreed standards, ensure delivery of solutions within agreed SLA timeframes.Test solutions provided and ensure quality of delivery.Assist clients with knowledge transfer.Document client requirements, system configuration, and customisations.Report on support and/or project progress to Team lead/project management and clients as required.Technical preparation of Business Process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals.Requirements5-10 years SAP support experience in the following SAP on-premise HR modules:PayrollTime management (Negative Time and Leave)Master DataOrg Management2+ years experience with Netherlands SAP payroll support.1 full implementation including Payroll and/or Time Management modules.Knowledge of and experience with Integration to SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
