Purpose of role: The senior sales manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the overall business strategy to drive maximum value, growth, and profits for a fintech company. They will also identify new business opportunities and clients, manage existing accounts, and provide daily customer support. Additionally, the senior sales manager will manage the sales manager to meet set KPIs and regional targets. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement regional strategies with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional sales targets and maximise profitability. Work to align regional strategy with the overall regional strategy to drive maximum value, growth, and profits. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends. Identify new business opportunities and clients to grow the customer base within informal and formal trade. Activate S2S product offering to grow new business. Manage existing accounts and grow the business by providing excellent account management. Provide daily customer support and attend to queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify key marketing strategies to promote products and services to the target audience. Assist with key projects to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct market and competitor research/analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Manage the sales manager force to meet set KPIs and regional targets. Develop and mentor the sales manager force reporting to the senior sales manager. Five + years of experience in sales management in the fintech industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base. Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
