About the Role:
The Senior Recruitment Specialist will focus on identifying and headhunting rare and senior talent for the organisation. This role is crucial for attracting top talent and enhancing the company's internal recruitment processes, particularly within the BPO sector.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience in staff recruitment/selection and bulk recruitment;
Proven experience in headhunting rare skills or senior roles for large companies;
Knowledge of the recruitment industry and established clientele in the BPO sector;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with high competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Flexibility to work long hours in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills;
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills;
Strong business acumen and detail-oriented;
Excellent management, recruitment, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills;
Proficiency in Google Workspace;
Expertise in headhunting and candidate screening;
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
Source talent across various industries;
Headhunt rare skills in the private sector;
Manage response handling projects;
Provide insights into service offerings and competitive positioning;
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
