As a key player in our recruitment division, you will play a crucial role in helping job seekers find their dream roles while providing our clients in niche industries with the perfect talent.Roles and Responsibilities:Source and market quality candidates from various job portals.Match candidates with suitable job vacancies based on client requirements.Interpret and work with job specifications received from clients.Proactively engage in business development to acquire new clients with recruitment needs.Handle client communications, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations.Market job adverts effectively on platforms like LinkedIn.Utilize and update various platforms and software to streamline processes and track tasks.Minimum Requirements:Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field.Proven experience in recruitment or a related field (3+ years).Passion for working with people and helping them achieve their career goals.Positive, energetic, and success-driven mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with niche industries is a plus.Strong team player.Goal-oriented and deadline-driven.
