Role Details:Work Type: Contract

Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with automation testing and performance testing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Must be able to train/upskill the testers as well. 90% hands-on and 10% strategic activities.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing QA teams, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Expected to engage in client projects and assist them as necessary, and to own and drive POCs.Demonstrated ability to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates for technical proficiency and cultural fit.Experience in preparing and presenting proposals to clients, highlighting organizational capabilities and project proposals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality assurance issues proactively.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving staffing targets, delivering results to clients, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
