Senior Project Controller

36 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry:MiningJob Duties:Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsMonitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project dataAnalyse project data and present reports to senior managementIdentify potential risks and issues impacting project deliveryImplement project control tools and techniques to optimise project performanceRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project management softwareEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control within the mining industryKnowledge and Skills:Advanced knowledge of project management principles and techniquesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyPreferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationMaster's degree in Project Management or related fieldWorking Conditions:The role of Senior Project Controller may require occasional travel to project sites and working extended hours to meet project deadlines.
