Collaborating closely with both business and IT stakeholders, you will define system requirements and business goals to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers to drive innovation and excellence.Experience:At least 5 years' relevant end-to-end design and development experienceProven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and business process modelingStrong understanding of network architecture and security protocolsExperience in cloud computing environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformKnowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps practices3-5 years' experience with proven knowledge of and experience with Card Management SystemsProficiency with Amazon Web ServicesCard Management/Transaction Switching SystemsC#/JavaFamiliarity with containerization technologiesA thorough understanding of PCI DSS and ISO8583Qualifications (Minimum):Grade 12 National Certificate / VocationalQualifications (Ideal or Preferred):Knowledge:Detailed knowledge of:System architecture (technical design and implementation processes)Systems analysis and designUML or equivalent modeling languageTechnical Test Plan DesignIT systems development processesApplication developmentStandards and governanceIdeal:Detailed knowledge of:Banking systemsAgile development life cycleKnowledge of UML
