ENVIRONMENT:Founded in 2020, our client is dedicated to offering comprehensive IT, analytic, and software support services to the fresh produce industry. They are currently seeking a Senior Product & Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for the successful implementation of client workflows. This includes conducting detailed workflow analysis, training, and implementation. Additionally, this role aims to provide holistic customer champion services to clients, focusing on channelling day-to-day support queries; strategic workflow advisory; system champion tasks (staging of development and implementation work) as well as pinpointing reporting and BI requirements of the client.REQUIREMENTS:Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or any related fieldAt least 5-10 years of experience as a Business AnalystMicrosoft Visio or other business modeling skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProblem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrate sound written and verbal communication skillsAt least 1 – 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL
