Key performance areas:
Providing a professional corporate payroll and benefits administration service to clients
Managing and monitoring the consistent application of approved business processes; controls measures and risk
Project Management
Overseeing the approved payroll cut-off dates; absence management policy and specialist adjustments and promote the production of acceptable quality payroll results that meet audit requirements
Ensuing supervision of staff to effectively measure performance, including but not limited to leave and absence management, performance and development, formal and informal disciplinary issues
Recognising and advising on use of technology to improve service delivery
Analysing; balancing and reconciling complex accounts; financial data and information
Maintaining relationships to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with corporate policies
