Senior Mechanical Engineer

Our client is seeking a Professional Mechanical Engineer to join their team and lead exciting large-scale projects within building services. Requirements: · Minimum 8 years post qualification experience within Building Services · Competent in Mechanical design and installations (Wet Services, Fire Services, Medical Services, Compressed Air, Laundry Equipment etc.) · Experience in designing within Healthcare Sector specifically , hospitals · Registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) with ECSA · Competent in tender and bills of quantities compilation and knowledge of various contracts e.g., JBCC, NEC3 etc. · Competent to run a project from condition assessment, inception up to project handover stage with minimal to no supervision. · Able to run the project financial management aspect comfortably with no supervision · Must be able to run large size (service value of 30million) comfortably without supervision including mega size (service value of R100million) projects with no supervision at all.
