Requirements

Degree/Diploma or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel/Business School (Preferred)
At least 3-5 years Hospitality Management experience in a 4/5 star luxury lodge environment (Non Negotiable)
In depth understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc)
Strong Food and Beverage background (Essential)
Strong financial acumen
Excellent Customer Relations
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
Professional and well groomed
Driver's license essential

Package on offer

R 35-40 000 CTC (Depending on Experience)
