DutiesTalent Management, Organization Development, Training & PerformanceAble to identify organizational learning priorities aligned with the business strategy using key stakeholder involvement to ensure appropriate learning and optimal ROI.To manage Organizational development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards.To identify opportunities for performance improvements. Ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.HR Technical ExpertiseDisplay role model for ethical behavior and unquestionable integrity in all spheres of work and life.Able to develop human resource strategy and align human capital with organizational goals.Responsible for statutory compliance under various labour laws.Responsible for Visa and Immigration for expats.Responsible for service conditions of workers and staff.Establish effective mechanisms to receive and act on staff feedback.Ensure the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of all open requisitions with quality talent.Developing robust recruitment process as per the requirements of the business.Establish and maintain partnerships with the third parties relevant to talent acquisition initiatives.Influencing PeopleAble to draw commitment from the team to work collaboratively towards goal achievement.Able to create a sense of shared responsibility by ensuring achievement of organization goals/objectives.Conflict ManagementAble to foster a climate that minimizes potential for conflict; anticipates and proactively mitigates conflict before it escalates.Possess matured outlook in handling complex and ambiguous situations and adopts novel ways to resolve the same.Stakeholder ManagementAble to design strategies that position and promote ideas and concepts to stakeholders.Able to develop an extensive network of contacts.InteractionsInternal interactions across functions and divisions.External interactions with recruitment agency, immigration, law enforcement agencies and other government agencies.QualificationsMBA/PG in HR & IR.Should have 15+ years of work experience in HR & Admin.SkillsProficient in Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards.Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability.Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Astuteness.Ability to think out of the box and create innovative solutions to work problems.Ability to go beyond customer needs and expectations and understand the correlation between customer satisfaction and business impact.Ability to think about organization and teams first before self.Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect, and sharing approach in the team.Take personal responsibility for achieving results.Ability to go beyond what is needed in every situation by overcoming obstacles.Ability to handle problems using a logical and systematic approach.Ability to develop long-term strategies by understanding the weaknesses and strengths of the organization.Identify opportunities for new products and services within or outside the organization and creative ideas for business deals.Keeps self-updated with the new government policies, laws, and market information.Ability to play a crucial role in facilitating and implementing changes and encouraging others to find different and creative approaches to addressing problems and opportunities.Ability to develop people for future roles through regular performance feedback and knowledge sharing.Able to coach/mentor teams.
