Job Purpose:The Senior Human Capital Generalist will be responsible for owning and executing all HR activities by integrating HR Best practices with effective internal HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. Minimum Requirements:Human Resources Related Qualification (Certificate, Diploma, Degree)5 years proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role (preferably in Financial Services Industry background)Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Proven ability to understand and implement HR requirements, policies, and proceduresExcellent planning and organisational skills Responsibilities:Serves as a first point of contact in addressing inquiries, concerns and providing guidance on human capital policies and proceduresMaintain and manage human capital policies and various documentation and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminatingDeveloping and executing human capital policies and procedures, providing guidance and interpretation for business operationsAttend to employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievanceAssisting managers with the performance management process by setting up performance goals and performance appraisal process and providing guidance on performance improvement plansCoordinate with the learning and development coordinator to support employee development initiativesMaintain human capital records and generate data, turnover rates, and other human capital analytics for various purposesDrive positive employee engagement and foster a positive organisational cultureOrganise staff events, and recognition programs and drive other related staff initiativesAssist and Support Continuous improvement on organisational performance and development through strategic development, succession planning, employee engagement, and wellness initiatives
