Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's in industrial psychology degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
