Senior Human Capital Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:Transformation Management: Lead EE initiatives, develop the social investment agenda, and manage B-BBEE HR development reporting.Talent Management: Oversee education and training development, manage ETD budgets, prepare Work Skills Plans, and head up the Graduate Skills Program.Payroll Supervision: Approve payroll processes.Recruitment & Selection: Manage advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.Employment Relations: Handle disciplinary matters and CCMA cases.Human Resources Information Systems: Ensure proper functioning of HR systems, including SAGE VIP Premier.Employment Equity Compliance: Manage EE reports and wellness programs.Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and COIDA claims.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or diploma (SDF or facilitator's qualification advantageous)Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar roleCompetency in Microsoft OfficeSkills Required:Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasksExperience with Employment Equity trends and payroll systemsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders
