Senior Financial Accountant

Job & Company Descriptions: My client within the property sector is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant that can add value to their finance team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the full finance function. As a Senior Financial Accountant you will be Responsible for the Following: Generate monthly journals on the financial system Implement improvements Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes Prepare month end reconciliations and documentation to support the trail balance Assist with financial policies, guidelines and protocols Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns Ensure effective daily cash management Record asset transactions and ensure that transactions are allocated accurately Full understanding of accruals accounting Compile complete, accurate and timely accounting records on a monthly basis Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Finance Degree 3 - 5 years experience Advanced Excel experience Property industry experience would be preferred.
