The ideal candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a high degree of responsibility. This is a full-time in-office role that requires flexibility to work after hours when necessary. The ability to answer calls from the Director at any time is critical. Qualifications: A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role. Additional certifications in office management or administrative support will be an advantage. Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work after hours and be available for urgent requests from the Director. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. Own vehicle and valid driver's license required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and anticipate the Director's needs. Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing their schedule, arranging appointments, and handling confidential correspondence. Be available to answer phone calls from the Director promptly, even outside regular office hours. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required. Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism in communication. Assist with personal tasks and errands when needed. Maintain and organize office systems and files. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Director. Additional Information: Flexibility with working hours is required.
