Reference Number: GSII/BEPE/008/2024SANBI offers a basic salary of R 376 413.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits.The South African National Biodiversity Institute is looking for a highly motivated, efficient, and enthusiastic person to assist in managing and coordinating employee relations within SANBI. The successful candidate will ensure that legislation, policies, and procedures are understood, adhered to, and applied consistently and timeously by all employees.This position requires an advanced diploma or a degree in Employee Relations, Labour Law, LLB, or an equivalent qualification at NQF 7. A postgraduate qualification in Employee Relations or Labour Law will be an added advantage.
