Description This role aims to provide complex administrative support to the Corporate Distribution team.Quotes Monitor and manage quotation requests, ensuring timely receipt and acknowledgment. Independently handle Easy Quote Requests, with consultants overseeing the verification process.Review quote request documentation, identify missing information, and collaborate with consultants to complete requests promptly.LaunchesParticipate in the completion of launch documentation, ensuring all requirements are met.Check launches and dispatch launches, following up to ensure successful execution.Prepare welcome letters and take-on plans for consultant reviews.Compliance/Mandates Assist to resolve compliance issues.Manage mandated intermediaries with no business on book and follow the mandate revoke process. •Support the mandating process by meticulously reviewing documents and facilitating account creation. CRMConduct regular clean-ups of the CRM system.Load marketing lists as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Annual ARFR Contact non-focus Imeds post-annual reviews, working through review documents and identifying improvement opportunities.Prompt broker consultants to conduct review discussions, request confirmations, maintain records, and follow up on outstanding confirmations.FWP – Fund EducationSupporting with the preparation of slides to support FWPAd hocProvide support for ad hoc tasks as required by the teamRole Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience MatricNQF Level 5 or above qualificationExperience in Employee BenefitsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills and presentation skillsKnowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRMSkillsEducationClosing Date21 April 2024
