MMS is an innovative, data-focused CRO that supports the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries with a proven, scientific approach to complex trial data and regulatory submission challenges.Strong industry experience, technology-enabled services, and a data-driven approach to drug development make MMS a valuable CRO partner, creating compelling submissions that meet rigorous regulatory standards.With a global footprint across four continents, MMS maintains a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating, and the company has been recognized as a leading CRO in Global Health & Pharma's international awards programs for the last three consecutive years.For more information, visit or follow MMS on .Responsibilities:Coordinate, develop, and negotiate documents for legal contracts and amendmentsLead discussion and negotiation with clients related to the contractual document (MSA, CDA, standalone contracts)Solicit input and review of contracts from the relevant operational departments.Understand and interpret legal language contained in a CDA.MSA, Start-up Agreements and standalone contracts.Recognize when client questions/comments need required input and review by operations/senior management.Provide the relevant information, analysis, recommendations required, and solution for negotiations and discussions with clientsUpdate systems in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information on status of the contract or amendment.Work simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or amendments.Independently manage and prioritize workload in relation to timelinesDevelop a good working knowledge of MMS tools and templateRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, business law, or a related field of study.Master's degree with specialization in contracts, Paralegal experience or certification, or equivalent experience preferred.A minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a contract analyst in a related industry.Exceptional negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop meaningful relationships with other teams at MMS and our clients.Good time-management skills.Ability to perform under pressure.Excellent computer skills.A keen eye for detail.Fluent in English.Ability to work flexible hours in order to communicate with colleagues in the US.A great team player who is willing to support the team as required.Should you not have received a response within 14 days of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.
