This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of South Africa's sustainable energy infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Commissioning Process: Lead and manage the entire commissioning process of the PV solar plant, from initial planning to final handover.Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on all aspects of commissioning, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during the commissioning process, ensuring timely project completion.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all commissioning activities, including test results, reports, and handover documentation.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Proven track record (5+ years) of successful commissioning of large-scale PV solar plants.In-depth knowledge of PV solar technologies, electrical systems, and control systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident.Preferred:Professional Engineer (Pr.
