What you'll be doing:
The Senior Commercial Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of geospatial analysis, and data management to support business projects and processes across all functional areas. This role supports the workflow of projects, and any ad hoc requests referred to the commercial Analytics team, and includes collaboration with team members from all functional areas to build operational business knowledge and geographical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify risks and opportunities, offering recommendations for informed decision-making.
Provide input and insights to shape consumer-driven strategies, driving revenue, growth, market share & profitability.
Ensure timely delivery of reports to internal stakeholders & regional/global partners.
Design, develop, and deliver geospatial analysis, by creating and analysing Zone or District Boundaries.
Support the forecasting process, by providing the historical data and trends.
Improve existing BI and reporting tools and solutions to support more advanced analytics and predictions, assisting with corporate decision-making, and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.

Experience & Skills Required:

2 to 5 years of experience in the Analytics/data field.
Experience using BI tools: Tableau is a plus.
Ability to analyse data with attention to detail.
Identify associated trends and root causes of issues, implementing corrective action.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving & presentation skills.
Writing complex SQL queries.
Proficiency in statistics, mathematics, and programming; machine learning is a plus.
Ability to navigate cross-functional dependencies and provide data-driven support for decision-making.
