This is a renewable fixted term contract.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BTech/BSc/BCom in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering).
Diploma in Business Analysis Minimum 8 years in business analysis.
Financial markets or investment/asset management experience is a strong advantage Exposure to regulatory/compliance projects is desirable Advanced knowledge of UML, SSADM, XML, APIs, and ISO20022 messaging standards Strong data governance, treasury, or capital markets systems knowledge.
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive organisational change.

Business Analysis Leadership: Plan and execute business analysis activities with precision.
Consultation & Analysis : Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, perform workflow analyses, and document requirements.
Problem-Solving : Investigate business challenges, propose solutions, and validate them with stakeholders.
Solution Design : Collaborate to document specifications for chosen solutions involving systems, processes, and people requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and monitoring.
Change Management : Manage change requests and specifications to support seamless business transitions.
Collaborative Delivery : Work alongside architects and developers to implement solutions effectively.
