Senior Architectural Technologist

Hire Resolve is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading architecture firm based in Stellenbosch.As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.Responsibilities:Knowledge and experience in documentation and construction of large-scale mixed-use and complex commercial buildings.Produce sketch illustrations in Revit in line with the Architect's brief for a variety of projects.Produce and co-ordinate council submission documentation, both SDP and Building Plans.Produce working drawings, co-ordinated with other disciplines.Attend site meetings and quality control inspections.Conduct site inspections and monitor construction on behalf of Architect.Team player.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's (Honors) or NQF 7 or 8 (Architecture) Qualification.Minimum of 5+ years' experience (After Post grad).Registered with SACAP.Advanced in the use of Revit (certification of such preferable).Complete B+P Revit Assessment with a minimum 80% score.Advanced knowledge and history of council documentation and submission process.Advanced knowledge of technical detailing and construction documents.Advanced knowledge of site administration and project management.A high standard of communication skills and attention to detail required.A commitment to providing excellent client service through efficiency and quality in production of work.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Sufficiently experienced to resolve problems and make decisions when required.Plans and organizes workflow and resources to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.Build working relationships in project team and with clients.Sets a positive example and displays visible loyalty to the company.Benefits:Salary negotiable.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today, contact Chandre Cordier email us your CV: ****** will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
