Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Consolidate annual budgets and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
Work closely with the CFO, FM, Accountant, and Credit Control staff members to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Manage, mentor, and coach subordinates to ensure they meet their performance goals and comply with relevant legislation and accounting policies.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company's ERP system.
Assist with the preparation of financial management reports and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain financial databases to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Work with internal and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Accounting, BCom with completed articles.
Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in a similar role.
Computer literacy in Sage Accounting, MS Word, and Excel.
