General Summary: The Head of Marketing, Self Care (OTC) RAMET is a strategic and high profile role in RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey), responsible for a significant part of our Kenvue portfolio and for leading some of our largest brands in the region (e.g. Nicorette, Benylin, Imodium), to drive the growth model for Self Care across all markets. You will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team and will be reporting to the Sr. Marketing Director (CMO) RAMET. Major Duties & Responsibilities Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning o Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans, in close collaboration with local brand activation teams o Partners with senior management and cross functional teams in creating robust End to End Self Care plans o Conducts business reviews to identify new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary. o Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights. Ensures a deep understanding of the key drivers behind share and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics. o Leads the 3YOP Plan for Self Care brands o Works closely with EMEA to echo the needs of the market in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development Deploying regional/global communication strategy o Leads communication planning (comms priorities, calendar). o Collaborates with Media, Trade, HCP and Local Activation Teams. o Provides input to regional and global teams for all content development needs and requirements. o Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns. Deploying new products (portfolio extensions, brand expansion to new markets) o Based on local market knowledge, provides inputs to regional/global team, from trade to regulatory requirements, for the development of future innovations. o Leads cross-functional team to bring regional/global innovations (SC, RA, Finance, gatekeeping). o Assess potential of new products and develops business case. o Leverages regional/global launch toolkit and adapts to market reality, in partnership with other functions. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 12 years of experience in Marketing, with progressive leadership roles and a strong track record of business results. Strong experience in brand management and Self Care (OTC products) is required. Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making. o Experience in both brand strategy and market execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. o Experience in developing regional or cluster (multi-country) plans. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs. o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Fluent or Native English is required. o Travel up to 20% may be required. Desired Qualifications o Master's or MBA is a plus. o Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus. o Experience on both regional and local roles is preferred. o Self Care/OTC market knowledge of Russia, Middle East, and/or Africa is a plus.
