Job Title: Section Engineer - Mining Industry - LimpopoLocation: Limpopo, South AfricaHire Resolve's client is looking for a skilled Section Engineer to join their team in the mining industry.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mining section.Develop and implement engineering plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve production targets.Provide technical support and expertise in mining operations, including ventilation, drilling, blasting, and ore extraction.Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of mining infrastructure, equipment, and systems.Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.Collaborate with other departments, such as geology and maintenance, to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to advance the efficiency and sustainability of the mining operation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.GCC Mines and Works8-10 years of experience in the mining industryPrevious or current Platinum Concentrator experienceBenefits:Salary: R2.5mil-R2.7mil per yearFamily Responsibility Leave (if applicable)If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or emailing your CV to Hire Resolve at ****** note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
