As a Support Engineer, you will specialize in 1st Line Support, providing assistance with Endpoint Manager support (SCCM and Intune).Purpose of Role:Provide Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune), Microsoft server and Cloud services support.Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications:Matric QualificationMCSE, with 70-703, 70-745 or similarTertiary IT qualificationAt least 3 to 5 + years' supporting SCCM with exposure to:OS deploymentApplication packaging and deploymentPatch managementReportingCo-management with IntuneAt least 3 + years' supporting IntuneGood understanding of server environmentAbility to clearly articulate problems and solutions with the technical teamSelf-managedValid Drivers License and own reliable vehiclePrimary Role Accountabilities:Application packaging and deploymentPatch managementOperating system deploymentOffice 365 administrationDevice hardening and vulnerability managementAssist with escalations from 1st line support engineers
