We are currently seeking a Sales Representative with relevant experience to help us expand our client base and enhance our service offerings. Role Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities within the IT sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector to drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and enhance service delivery. Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform management and support decision-making. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Representative, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation and closing abilities. Motivation: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Attributes: Location: Candidates should be based in Durban or willing to relocate. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
